About us
The "Sei A Roma" Accomodation is in a recently ristructured nice little house, it's furnished with care and offers single rooms, double rooms and rooms with three or four beds, with private or shared bathroom, air-conditioning and autonomous heating.
Breakfast is italian style.
A first quality service is offered according to the norms of hygiene and safety.
"Sei a Roma" Accomodation is situated on Via Flaminia Nuova near the Rai centre (Italian Television), Saxa Rubra.
Saxa Rubra is the name given by the Romans to the red tufa rocks which can be seen on Via Flaminia north to Rome.
According to some studies the name Saxa Rubra was already mentioned in operas written by Livio, Tacito and Cicerone. It is said that the red colour of the rocks derives from the blood shedded by the soldiers in the battle of Constantin and Massenzio.
"Sei a Roma" Accomodation is linked well to the historical centre of Rome and to the nicest Roman squares.

by plane: 
From LEONARDO DA VINCI - FIUMICINO Airport
Direct train LEONARDO EXPRESS.
Please always buy in advance some metro-bus tickets or for your convenience buy the cheap 7 day-travel cards (cost is euro 16,00) or daily ticket (4 euro) or 75 minutes ticket (1 euro). All the tickets are valid on all trasports. We suggest also to buy an Italy phone card (euro 3,00) since to call our phone you need at least euro 0,30.
Take the Metro A line - direction to Battistini - and get off at Flaminio.   

with the train:
From Flaminio take the line Ferrovia Roma Nord (the right train is that indicated by an electrical sign ''Servizio Urbano per Monte Bello''on the platform ) and get off at Centro Rai. Remember to request the stop in advance! Exit to the left and walk straight for 700 mt. until our B&B.

by car:
By car arriving from A1 Highway:

Take the G.R.A. (Grande Raccordo Anulare). Simply follow indication to ''ROMA NORD'' and
after, the indication ''SALARIA-FLAMINIA-CASSIA'', turn at the exit number 6.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Drive slowly, keep the right, turn at the exit number 6 the first one (at the second
there are works in progress), after 10 meters turn right again. Stop for 1 second. You will see one road in front
off you and one road, that goes parallels to the G.R.A. on your right, take the one at your right.
You will find us at the end of this street, right in front (2 minutes).
