| The B&B “Antares” is located in one of the most beautiful and better connected areas of Rome, within the historical and dynamic zone of “Appio Latino”, a few meters from via Appia and the Underground Station “Furio Camillo” (Line A). This location will enable you to reach in a few minutes all the monuments and the touristic attractions of the “eternal city”, such as the Cathedral of San Giovanni in Laterano, the Colosseo, Fontana di Trevi, Villa Borghese, Basilica di San Pietro, Città del Vaticano, as well as to reach the most important transport terminals (Termini Train Station – Roma-Tuscolana Train Station with direct connections with “L. Da Vinci” Airport). Those who love the nature and the jogging can appreciate the adjacent wonderful Villa Lazzaroni, with its typical and unusual colony of parrots and the famous Parco della Caffarella, as well as the important archeological sites of Via Appia Antica. The lovers of the shopping and night life will be greatly happy with the multitude of shops in Via Appia and Via Tuscolana. The area is also characterized by a number of typical restaurants where it’s possible to appreciate the traditional Roman cuisine and its very famous wines. Nearby the structure there are also many convenient supermarket, available for those who prefer to cook by themselves and choose the option “kitchen use”. The B&B Antares is also an ideal accommodation for those who are not on holidays, since it is very near, or any way well connected, to the most important Offices, Hospitals (for instance, S. Giovanni Hospital is 5 min far from the B&B), Schools and Universities. The B&B Antares is located in an historical palace and is composed by wide, quite and luminous rooms, that have been recently restructured and appear sober and elegant at the same time. All the rooms are very comfortable and fully equipped with air conditioning and TV LCD screen. Our guests are welcomed to choose among different solutions: there are three double rooms, with a third bed available on request, that can be also booked as “single room”. There are two bathrooms, adjacent to the rooms, that are finely furnished (washbasin, toilet, bidet, bath with shower box, shower box, hairdryers and bath towels); it is also possible to reserve the exclusive use of the bathrooms. The B&B has got also a comfortable living room, with TV, dedicated to the guests welcome and relax, as well as the breakfast (whether the guests prefer to have breakfast at home). Adjacent to the living room there is the modern and equipped kitchen, that can be used by the guests by adding a little extra on the bill if they choose the “kitchen use” option, that includes also the “washing machine use” and, on demand, the iron (options recommended for long stays). All these solutions will make your Roman holidays at the same time pleasant and convenient. The prices include: accommodation, breakfast, cleaning service, bathroom use, bed linen and bath towels and accessories, utilities. The use of the kitchen, which includes the use of the washing machine, and the exclusive use of the bathroom will be charged separately. The B&B “Anatres” offers to its kind guests convenient packages for week-ends, weekly/monthly stays (other solutions can be arranged), as well as conventions with bars and restaurants in the area. |
